Exchange Policy

Defective Items

  • Lamps/Machines:

Do note that we open and check the machines that are not sealed in plastic wrap before dispatching. If you encounter any issues, please contact us with photo and/or video of defective items within 30 days of receipt. We will offer 1:1 exchange only if the problem/defect is caused by the manufacturer. Any refund/store credit will be offered at our sole discretion.


  • Other products:

Please contact us with photo and/or video of defective items within 7 days of receipt. Any exchange/refund/store credit will be offered at our sole discretion.

 

Wrong/Missing Items

We apologize for the mix up! Please contact us with your order number and photo of the parcel with missing or wrong item sent within 7 days of receipt. Wrong item must be in its original condition to be exchanged.

  • We reserve the right to decline exchange not meeting conditions.
  • We reserve the right to amend the policy at any time without notice. Our decision is final.
